Property Criteria
Company hotel preferences can be configured for a hotel chain (for example, all Holiday Inn properties could be in-policy), or for individual properties (for example, the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong can be in-policy). Use the Property Criteria screen to create preferences for single properties. Configure hotel chain preferences on the Chain Criteria screen.
When you select the Property Criteria navigation link after selecting an existing hotel policy on the Hotel Policies page, the Property Criteria screen appears.

This screen lists any preferred, excluded, and display-only properties configured for this policy. Use the Edit, Copy, and Delete buttons (
) for each entry to edit, copy, and delete them. Use the add ... property links above each section to create new preferred, excluded, and display-only properties. If you have a large number of properties, you can enter them with a bulk upload.
- Preferred Properties: Properties to be marked in the search results as in-policy and preferred for a specific location.
- Excluded Properties: Properties that are to be excluded from appearing in the search results for a specific location.
- Display-Only Properties: Properties that are to be the only properties displayed in the search results for a specific location.
